March 2012 Favorites

It's that time again. Time to tell you all about my favorite products of the month of March. It was super easy to figure out what my favorites were going to be this month, because i've pretty much been wearing the same products all month. So here we go!


When I was going for a bright eye and a neutral lip, I reached most often for my urban decay fun palette. It really is a fun palette. It's got a couple neutrals, but mostly it's a lot of bright, fun shades. To balance out the bright eye, I wore the revlon lip butter in creme brulee on my lips, with the elf luscious liquid lipstick in caramel candy on top as a gloss.



The other thing i've been doing a lot is wearing a neutral eye and a bright lip. When I was going for that look, I got my neutral eye from the wet n wild walking on eggshells trio. It's the perfect little trio for a neutral eye. The shades are all very eay to blend and super soft. Love them! And for the lip, i've been wearing my revlon lip butter in raspberry pie and wearing the urban decay lip junkie lip gloss in crush on top. It makes for a very bold, very beautiful raspberry lip. Love it!

And no matter what look I was going for, the blush that I reached for most often in the month of march is the elf studio blush and bronzing powder. The blush side is an absolutely gorgeous peachy blush with some gold shimmer. It's lovely, soft and subtle. The bronzing powder is a little dark for my skin tone now, but it's really pretty in the summer time.




Nothing else has really stood out this month as far as make up products go, but my favorite nail polish for the month of March is the Wet n Wild Wild Shine nail polish in Tickled pink. It's a gorgeous baby pink color, and I've had it on my nails for almost two weeks, and it's held up beautifully considering I paid less than a dollar for the polish! Normally, I want to change my nail polish every other day but I haven't because this one is just so pretty!



My last favorite is a fragrance. For Christmas, my mom got me a wonderful perfume from avon. It's the Scentini Rose Fizz and it smells wonderful. It's the perfect spring scent in my opinion. It's got notes of rose, mango and peach and it will also be great in the summer time, I think! I wore this every day of March!
